IIT Mandi consistently strives to maintain a cordial and conducive environment within the Institute, where all segments of faculty, officers, students, and staff members (including contractual, casual, temporary, etc.) can perform their duties free from any form of discrimination based on caste, creed, race, region, religion, sex, place of birth, or any other kind or manifestation of discrimination.

• Monitor reservation rosters for Institute employees.
• Serve as the redressal cell for grievances of SC, ST, OBC, and PwD students and employees, offering necessary support.

• You experience caste-based harassment or discriminatory behaviour.
• You face humiliation arising from explicit or implicit caste-based discrimination.
• You are intimidated due to your caste identity.
